As we continue in our series on the Fruit of the Spirit, we will be considering ‘gentleness’ on this Sunday the 24th. Gentleness will wonderfully teach us how the Heavenly Father interacts with His children! Each of these nine members of the Fruit helps us become more like our Master Jesus, who perfectly lived each of them.
We were blessed today to worship the Lord. Our music was exceptional. Thanks, Bro. Bret, choir, and musicians! Our congregation loves to sing and honor our Lord with your voices! Isn’t it great to lift our voices together to honor Him?!
Our Missions Groups met to plan for the upcoming Outreach for Easter as well as other projects! On Saturday, April 13, we will distribute information and gifts to the community inviting the households to attend our Easter Sunday Worship service! Easter Sunday will be April 21.
April will launch Outreach Ministry with the first and third Tuesdays as our starting point. Cards providing visitation assignments have already been put together! Thank you, Tonya, for all you are doing to move this in the right direction! We will have a host of prospects to visit. Please make plans to participate!
This Wednesday we will be reviewing the prophet Zephaniah! Join us for this study! Once again, each of the ‘Minor’ Prophets offers us something wonderfully different!!!
Continue to remember in prayer Betty Perkins and Roland Davis at Bells Nursing Home, Clyde Antwine at Humboldt Healthcare and Rehab. Others in our church family have loved ones who have passed away!
Once more, another man has received Christ as Savior! Thank you Bro. Zac for being available to the Lord! Thanks to Bro. Dinker for making us aware of this urgent need expressed by your friend Roland Davis!
We are getting nearer to Easter and its powerful reminder of the Risen Lord Jesus! Be sure to thank God for Christ’s death and resurrection. Our observance this Sunday heightened our insights into this wonderful commemoration of the greatest event in human history, equaled only by the birth of the God Son!
“Nothing Routine in Twenty Nineteen!”
I remain grateful to serve with you!
