We ended the past week with a wonderful Vacation Bible School. Several new families were connected to our fellowship and the kids had a great time and quite a few parents attended the Ice Cream Fellowship on Thursday evening! Thanks to all of those who helped this VBS to be a success!
Many of you helped in making preparations for the Pastor and family this past weekend. The Church extended a call and they accepted. It looks like they will be here in July. Pray for them in the transition and the move to Bells.
In our business meeting Sunday evening the Church made provision for completing all the necessary work to provide housing for the new family. Please be willing to support or help if additional member assistance is needed.
The Christian Ministry Center along with the Ministerial Association is hosting a Bells Community gathering on Saturday, July 20th. This will be an opportunity to bring together the community in solidarity for the cause of Christ. Booths are welcome to provide activities and ministry for those who attend. Contact Mark Wallace or Tammy Baird for additional information.
Several of our members stand in need of the Lord’s help! As you receive the newsletter, pay close attention to the Prayer List and lift these up to the Lord!
For these remaining weeks I continue to be thankful for renewing some friendships and gaining new ones with the Church in Bells. I would appreciate your prayers as we seek continued guidance from the Lord as to where He can find me useful in the Kingdom.
