The weather took its toll on us Sunday, but we escaped the really bad stuff! This week will be better and we have a lot to look forward to!

Our guest speaker Sunday will be Bro. Daniel Akers, former Youth Minister and currently serving as a Pastor in Kentucky. Pray for him as he stands before us this Sunday morning to proclaim the Word!

Our Youth have returned from the Strength to Stand Conference in East Tennessee. Pray for their continued spiritual growth as they benefit from all they learned by attending the conference!

On Sunday, February 3, we will conclude our Jesus Series by speaking on being with Jesus for all Eternity!

This Wednesday evening I will be talking about the Prophet Joel.

Continue to be in prayer about our Outreach ministries. There are so many ways to do outreach; the first being your personal efforts to reach lives around you. At home, work, school, the post office, grocery store, next door, and many, many more! You can speak a good word for the Lord and your Church anywhere!

Another effort of our fellowship is our Visitation ministry. We will be collecting information for outreach prospects for simple visits and invitations to attend. Training will likely begin in February and will occur twice each month beginning in March!

A Second Inreach effort will be our Deacon Family Ministry Plan. This will be a very important and pivotal ministry which will undergird the health of our fellowship. Pray for our Deacons as they begin this wonderful phase of their ministry!

A most important step in Outreach is our Evangelism effort. This is called Faith Evangelism. This training will outfit a group of our members to carry out one on one evangelism, leading lost people to become saved people and helping them to become disciples of Christ.

A fourth phase of our growth efforts will be Sunday School equipping ministry through Growth Spiral for Sunday School. We will be better equipped to expand our Sunday School and teach more people about Jesus!

Pray about your part. This is a very important time in the life of our church!

It’s hard to believe, but it’s 2019! “Nothing Routine in Twenty Nineteen!”

I remain grateful to serve with you!

Bro. Wayne
