Thank you, Bro. Bret and Choir, Musicians, Narrator, and Sound Man!!! What a terrific presentation of the Gospel of Christmas with Peace Has Come! We were also blessed with an enjoyable Fellowship afterward with some great food! (Particularly, I enjoyed the dressing and gravy!) Bells FBC does things so well!
We surpassed the goal for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions! Our offering to date is $12,306.00. Wonderful!!! This helps keep our missionaries in much needed equipment and special materials for the next year! You and I are a part of this effort!
Our 2019 Budget passed muster at the close of the service yesterday. Let’s be prayerful about our part in achieving and exceeding our commitments to tithe and present offerings for the expansion of God’s Kingdom! Every gift matters and ‘God loves a cheerful giver!’
One year has passed since I began as your Interim Pastor. You have made us welcome and have encouraged us with your sweet spirit. Bells FBC is a special place of God-fearing, God-loving, God-reflecting people! It is a joy to serve with you.
Thanks to each of you for your Christmas greetings and gifts! We will enjoy these and count you all as being among our many blessings! Your generosity is wonderful!
As we approach the New Year of 2019, there are many opportunities to serve the Lord. New approaches to Church growth, soul-winning, spiritual renewal and strengthening. My prayer is that God’s wisdom will guide us in every step of the way!
Remember that we will not have a Wednesday service on the 26th. Please have a prayer time in your home that day!
Christmas is only a matter of days away! Be certain to have a thankful spirit and share with others the joy you have that Christ has come!!!
