We traveled to the mountains this past weekend and visited with our son and daughter-in-law, Zachary and Anna. What a blessing to be with them and enjoy family fellowship! Saturday we drove along the Blue Ridge Parkway, which was foggy and rainy! There were very strong winds at about 5,500 feet along with some mixture of snow!!! Yes, October 27 snow! We got out at several points and took some photos of the beautiful mountains. Glad to be back, but miss our son. Thankful he is faithfully serving the Lord!
May I share with you our gratitude for the many expressions of appreciation last week! We are grateful to Bells First Baptist Church for the opportunity to minister alongside some wonderful Christians! You are a motivating church with a great desire to move in the directions provided by the Lord. As we serve together, we will seek more clearly the avenues God is directing our church.
Our Fall Festival is taking took place this Wednesday Tuesday! Several volunteered to participate in this. We needed a lot of people to work the fun stations which blessed the kids who attended. Thank you for offering your assistance in making this a great outreach ministry of our church.
Thank you, Bro. Zac Hannaford for bringing our morning message! I’m confident you were a blessing to everyone in attendance!
This Sunday, November 4th, please remember to move your clocks back one hour, or, leave them alone and come to church an hour early!
Sunday, we will continue our series on Jesus: Name Above All Names by completing the platform of the additional messages in the series. You will not want to miss any of these important messages. Bring someone with you that needs to learn more about Jesus!
I remain grateful to serve with you!
